Welcome to thedropins.org. My name is Sara Holm – I’m in the picture on the right with my husband, Zack in late December 2015. We live in Lake Tahoe, NV.

This is a blog I began as part of a project for America Achieves – an organization that supports teachers and educational policy that’s best for students and teachers. The inspiration came straight from the generous, innovative, transparent, and tech-savvy educators over at LeadUp Now and #edbeat, whom I have the pleasure of knowing through twitter and voxer.

Now that I am an America Achieves post-fellow, I am writing to continue documenting Zack’s recovery with aphasia and my adventures in and out of the classroom.
