Belatedly, I wanted to share a victory in Zack’s independent speech therapy. Yes/No questions have been challenging since Zack’s first days of speech in May 2015. Even when he knew which was correct, the other word would come out and this makes some transactional conversations hard. i.e. Do you want to take the Subaru today? Did you see Tami at UNR? Were you able to make the deposit at the bank? Is your throat still sore? etc.

Typical of Zack, however, he kept at it and saw concrete results in August. He sent the results to Kara, his Renown outpatient speech therapist, and her response comes first in the email chain.
